Non-visual components shifting on save

I'm using Delphi 7 and have a Data Module with many queries on it that
are used throughout my application. When the form is sized large
enough to show all the queries I have no problems; however the form is
quite large and is better suited as a smaller form with scrollbars.
Unfortunately when I decrease the size of the Data Module and save it
the queries and other non-visual components often shift their positions
on the screen to random locations. This is very frustrating!
I had no luck finding a solution to this problem online. Has anyone
else experienced this, or better yet, does anyone have a solution?
