Undetected memory leaks?

Using Delphi V5, Win2000.
Using Fastmemshare.pas
Even after checking with MemProof and MemCheck the Application still
"eats" up memory.
Windows Task manager shows that the program memory size slowly
increases over a 24 hour period, but closing the program releases all
memory allocated.
* If I minimize the program windows, then memory is also released.

As stated above MemProof and MemChk showed NO LEAKS!
Any ideas would be helpful.
