ADOExpress and Service Applications

Hi,

I am having trouble with a service application which uses ADOExpress.
My service runs using the Local System account (like most do), but
cannot access my Access database using ADOExpress. The System account
has full control over the file.

If I change the logon account for the service to administrator, the
service then works properly.

What can I do to fix this?
