Accessing Gmail with Delphi


I want to send and receive emails through Gmail using Delph 7.

A quick google finds:-

But when I compile the example given it can't find
"IdExplicitTLSClientServerBase.dcu"

I know I'm doing something silly here, but can someone point me in the
right direction please? Or know of another example of accessing Gmail?
