Beginner Question! API DOC?

Hi,

I am absolutely new in Delphi. I have a nice book and I already have some small "Hello World"-Applications.
My question: Where can I find a documentation for all the available functions/procedures? For example where can I find a list (and descriptions)with all the functions available in the System unit?
I am missing something like the Java API Specification (http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/api/)

Thanks!
Hans
