Changing the color of the active title bar

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to change the color of the active title
bar of a form in Delphi (it's default is blue in Windows, this should be set
to red).
I want to change the color of all the forms of the application, but not the
color of the titlebar(s) of other applications.
Is this possible in Delphi? If so, how?

Thanks a lot.
