One of my applications (not written in Delphi) stores its configuration
in .\ini\username.ini and is reported to work on terminal services. I have no idea if that needs any special configuration from the TS admin,
and if that goes to the users home or really to %exedir%\ini.


Perhaps ask in a TS related newsgroup, the admins probably know what
they can adjust :-)
