Yes, but I want to be able to block the user's account once a limit has
been reached. I therefore need to be able to access teh data of a

Could you please explain what you mean by replacing the shell? Do you
mean replace the actual IExplore interface? I'd have thought it easier
just to intercept the keyboard commands.
