Systray OnMouseEnter OnMouseLeave

Hi,
After many searches, I decided to ask you about a problem...
I've an application which, when I iconize it, I create a Systray Icon.
When I go over the Systray icon with the mouse, I would like to show a
little form, and when I leave the icon, I would like to hide this form.
How can I intercept the systray icon's OnEnter event and the OnLeave
event? I tried to use the onMouseMove too but the results were very
unconfortables...
