Re: How can I determine if a mail is an auto-reply?

On 14 Mar 2006 07:50:32 -0800, fnillerfnaller@xxxxxxxxxxx waffled on
about something:
I can open Outlook and browse through a list of e-mails by using
Delphi. But how can I find out if an e-mail is send back to me as an
auto-reply.?
In Outlook there is an icon (a door with an arrow) showing that a mail
is generated as an auto-reply from the recipient, so somewhere in the
e-mail, there has to be a property that tells if an e-mail is the
result of an auto-reply, or simply a "normal" mail send to my
inbox.
Thanks
Open the email in Outlook and then view the source of it (how you do
this depends on your flavour of outlook/outlook express).
Look at the headers, if you're lucky you might spot something.
Dodgy.
