delphi2006... is quick rpt standard no longer available?!?

Just got the super slick looking Delphi 2006 installed...

tried to port a Del.7 proj over and would not compile looking for quick
reports componants

I remembered that in Del7, you had to load the QRpts componants yourself, so
went back to the doc I found for that

thought I would do the same in 2006, but alas, where is dclqrt70.bpl (found
in the Delphi7\Bin directory), or it's 2006 equivilant?!?

I see QuickRpt.dcu in the lib folder of 2006, but the above mentioned .bpl
does not seem to exist!

has anyone encountered this yet, and found a solution? I do not wish to
re-write a slew of reports in Rave... I would buy QRpt pro... but not sure
if that is even possible as their website lists only prices in (i think)
English Pounds, and I have written them a week ago with no response yet.
