QR has been completely dropped. You can still buy QR as far as I know but
it is no longer included with Delphi. I'm moving projects from D7 to
BDS2006 only as I convert the reports to Rave. I resisted the move to Rave
too but I've really come to appreciate the level of control I can achieve
using code-based Rave reports.

Just got the super slick looking Delphi 2006 installed...

I remembered that in Del7, you had to load the QRpts componants yourself,

in the Delphi7\Bin directory), or it's 2006 equivilant?!?
I see QuickRpt.dcu in the lib folder of 2006, but the above mentioned .bpl
does not seem to exist!
has anyone encountered this yet, and found a solution? I do not wish to
re-write a slew of reports in Rave... I would buy QRpt pro... but not sure
if that is even possible as their website lists only prices in (i think)
English Pounds, and I have written them a week ago with no response yet.
