Dbimage ??? no scrollbars

Please can someone helph me.

I have a dbimage in my dbase program, to show a map
off towns. I want to scan the maps at highres and show them in a
smaller imageview. >>> picture 2000X2000 and the dbimage window
800X800. Now the problem is there is no scrollbar proerties for the
dbimage.

Can someone help me with API or somthing.
