Free software licence text for my application?

I've written an application that I intend on putting up on a website
for people to download and use (for free for the time being).

I'm going to use Inno Setup for my installer and I'm looking for a
standard license text file that I can use. You know the sort of thing,
use this software at your own risk, I don't accept responsibility for
loss, damage caused by etc etc.

Any suggestions where to find one? Obviously one that is free for me
to make use of rather than just modify someone else's.
