Thanks Rob. I appreciate the advice.

If anyone has anything else to add aswell, it would be much
appreciated. I'm also still awaiting explanations on the other
technologies and components I mentioned: ADO. etc.

I'm asking before hand, because i've started projects before and then
found out: "oh, no one uses such and such, it's a piece of garbage,
because of.... Use... instead".
