Possible TImageList bug in D7? or..?

Drop a TImageList on your form, set it's Height to 400 and Width to 400
(also works with above 500x500 i've tried and most likely below and all
the ranges in between). Open the ImageList editor and Add a .bmp file
which is smaller than this.. 100x100 or 130x130 - but perhaps any
smaller .bmp will work. Set the options to Stretch, click Apply, then
OK. Now compile - In Delphi 7 Enterprise, this locks up - crashes
Delphi. I have tried this on two differen't machines with differen't
OSs and differen't sized .bmps.

What is wrong with this?
