This involves a hell of a lot of frames of animation (50 frames per
second, for up to about 4 hours). All the current implementations I've
seen appear to allow new animation frames to be added to the GIFImage
declared, and are stored in memory until the SaveToFile() proc is called.
If you don't mind me asking, why such a high frame rate? Its nearly double
what most animations use.
