Re: Access violation for TWebBrowser: fixes didn't work at all

Now I've understood why I get this problem only with IE7: that's
because, on my computer, IE7 is slower to initialize when starting for
the first time than the old IE6, so that when Delphi interacts with
elem, the document hasn't been fully loaded.
