shell execute prob on win2003

I'm sure this is a simple permissions related problem (as it works
fine on 2000/XP, and only has a prob on 2003 server).

I'm using jvExecute in my app (running on desktop as an admin user) to
run a batch file that is on c drive root of a 2003 server (app is
running on same machine).

It's not working... It works fine on my desktop win2k and XP machines
(I don't have a 2003 machine to hand to debug, so don't know if there
is an error being trapped).

I hope this is something that can be fixed from the OS, cos I just
found half the components used in that application aren't installed on
this machine, or have new versions which aren't very backward
compatible! Grrrr!
