Look & feel Borland Delphi 7.0

Hi everybody,

Is it possible to have Borland Delphi 7.0 start up as a single IDE, and not
as a load of floating windows?

The fact that these floating windows can't be put on a fixed place is
driving me nuts!!

I've had a quick look through the options, but can't seem to find
anything...
