Hi everybody,
Is it possible to have Borland Delphi 7.0 start up as a single IDE,
and not as a load of floating windows? The fact that these
floating windows can't be put on a fixed place is driving me nuts!!
I've had a quick look through the options, but can't seem to find
anything...
Interestingly the docked appearance of recent Delphi IDEs was a major
complaint in the Borland newsgroups around the release of Delphi
8/Delphi 2005. I guess it depends what you're used to (I love the
docked format, too :)).
It was, indeed, in the beginning. But if you ask people now, most of
them seem to be using the docked appearance. After a while, I also
preferred the docked IDE over the floating one.
