I remember there was at least 2..3 free RAS-solutions available some
years back. I took the TurboPower's TApdRasDialer component from
SourceForge.

It has done this RAS line opening and manipulating fine for at least 3
years now. There should be RasDialer demo included in the package, to
get quickly started.

Thanks DB-1. I downloaded tpapro407rc2.zip last night. It took 1 1/2
hours with my dial-up connection ( including a crash after 50 mins).
I'll try to download the docs tonight.
