Improve BSD Help yourself

If somebody wants to modify, update or extend the BDS Help, I've just
found an way to edit the HTML Help 2 files. It requires the installation
of Visual Studio (prof.), e.g. the VS2005 trial version, and the
according SDK.
Unfortunately the use of the SDK tools is allowed only for help
integration into VS, so I have verified the results with VS first. So
far it's really nice to have an Delphi branch in the Visual Studio help
<g>, and once installed, BDS can use the same help files. It were nice
if CodeGear could provide the required tools together with BDS,
eliminating any possible legal problems.
Now we can start thinking about tools for sharing user-made updates, so
that every user can modify his private copies of the BDS help files,
without causing further legal problems.
I don't know whether a follow-up works properly across news servers.
