It is. In the same way 'legacy' means 'working, just not fashionable',
your 'stagnant' really means 'stable'.


Maybe there on the list could be mentioned that anyone can send their
suggestion or proposed new code snippets to the FAQ maintainer.

Working that out is left as an intelligence test for the reader.
