If you call that "insulting" you've never met the old Maarten Wiltink.
He's really calmed down - he must (like us) be getting older & softer.

OTOH if you're think that you're going to be using Windows APIs you'll
have to get used to entering "MSDN" and the name of the API in Google,
and finding your own information (or taking out a subscription to MSDN
CDs). Not only will you know more about the API but you will have
greater satisfaction from your programming.

If you then get stuck, having tried to do it yourself, no-one is
readier than Maarten & the rest of us to give you assistance.
