Should it, even? It's not Usenet, it just uses the same technology
(on one face). But the feed will leak, and it'll end up in DejaNews.

Something easier to spell than "embarcadero" would have been nicer.

AFAICS, the feed has not yet leaked, and Google has no embarcadero
groups - at least, none relevant to Delphi. But put "embarcadero" into
Google's "Find out what people are doing with Google Groups" and press
"Search for a group" - I found the result mildly amusing.

There's some activity in some borland.* groups, including Delphi,
visible on an ordinary News server.
