VCL for Web HTML Rendering

Hi

I am looking for a way to read the HTML source from a dynamic web-
page. This is to be done on the server-side using VCL for Web. These
pages can be PHP, aspx, asp etc - looking to read the source from the
rendered HTML.

Anyone know the best way to do this or recommend any tools.
