What problem are you trying to solve?

Make list of functions - any application works with new Delphi but not with old because is function lack.
Harder problem: move between Delphi and Lazarus - each environment serves other function in other unit. The converter between environment should read accessible functions and correct 'uses' section.

Use the source code, not the compiled code.
