Can't delete folder

I am using netscape 7.1

I have a folder that I can't delete.

At every menu where the word DELETE occurs it is grayed out.

The word CUT is grayed out also.

When I use the Bookmark Manager this folder stays expanded and won't
collapse.

I looked at the bookmark file with a text editor showing the html. The
file in question had a line that read :

PERSONAL_TOOLBAR_FOLDER="TRUE"

I don't know if this is of any significance.

Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
