    What is this very strange error?

    Apparently this is a bug related to Linux?!

    The OS is:

    Linux aglin4.vki.ac.be 2.4.20-20.8 #1 Mon Aug 18 15:11:31 EDT 2003 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux
