Do you know if the guy who programmed the Therac-25 (see IEEE Computer,
July, 1993, pages 18-41 - An Investigation of the Therac-25 Accidents, by
Levenson and Turner) was a P. Eng. or what computer language did he use? I
understand he still works in the Canadian nuclear industry turning out
spurious code replete with integer overflows.
