Dirichlet Tesselation subroutines

Hi,

I would like to use Thiessen polygons (dirichlet tesselation) to map a
Lagrangian distribution of points into a Eulerian distribution of
density. Does anybody know if there is any available subroutine written
in Fortran to do this?

Any info is appreciated. Thanx.
