How to allocate vector more than 4Gb in F90?

Hello!
How to allocate vector more than 4Gb?
Is in the F90 some libs like C++ STL libs?
I want to have some thing like <vector> template form STL.
I am using pgf90 or ifc and the system is Linux 64 bit kernel.
