I am pretty sure that IBM's VS Fortran is still Fortran 77,
and I don't know that there is a replacement for it.
(Adding comp.lang.fortran in case anyone there knows.)
Microsoft may not sell one, but I am pretty sure ones are
available targeting windows.
There is still work being done on OpenVMS but I would expect
it to be slower than on more popular OSs.
I suppose OpenWatcom will do it when they have enough
money or people.
