Has anybody had any success in doing this on either Windows or Linux?
Does it require Windoes 2003? Do you have any idea about support for
Opteron
in your C++ compilers?

What about upgrading from earlier version of IVF? I was told last
year that if the support contract has expired one has to pay the full
price to purchase the newer version instead of the $100 renewal fee,
which is a total rip off.
