how to create a Snapshot of subroutines or functions used in a project

Hi:

I have a project linking so many (more 30) subroutines & functions.
Now I'd like to copy it and make a bit modification.
But I have to search all around the program, then I can remember it.
It takes me lot of time to dig them out. It's really exhausting.
I'd like to know if there is a way that I can easily and quickly show
the linking relationship
between the subroutines & functions.

Any suggestion is welcome.

Thank you.
