Seriously though, it isn't really THAT big a deal. I work for a really big Aerospace company too with lots of successful users. Unhappy as I am with the death of CVF without a suitable replacement, I don't intend to discourage use of IVF. Instead, I'd rather continue to try to prod (sounds a little like I might actually have influence, ha ha) Intel to produce a complete product, some day. After all, my code depends upon some MS FPS extensions that only they support (e.g. quickwin) and I want it to at least survive.
