Whoa, Jim.

You started out yesterday saying that you didn't mean to post a flame, and about five paragraphs into the post, you were using expletives and name-calling to try to make your point. Since then, you've started four new threads in the last couple of days, saying almost exactly the same kind of thing, and using the same kind of language.

We know you had a bad experience with it. We know that you're angry about it. You've made that quite clear; repeated posting isn't going to get your point across any more.

What the repeated posts _are_ doing is giving the impression that you're angry enough that you're not seeing straight. Which ... when I try to solve a computer problem in anything approaching that kind of mood, everything I touch breaks badly.

Calm down, breathe.

And, on this crusade: realize that anybody who's using the software has just about as much experience installing it as you do. And presumably either it worked fine for them, or else you're not going to be telling them anything they don't know.
