Using Internet Explored 6.0, I get a blank screen when attempting to

For what it's worth, mozilla starts downloading a pdf right away. That's
surprising in view of the ".htm" extension in the url.
Doing some forensics just for the heck of it... I see, the site redirects
to this link:
http://cache-www.intel.com/cd/00/00/28/46/284698_284698.pdf
Try it, maybe IE will do the right thing. Try it quick, it could be a
transient thing generated dynamically by Intel's web server.
