Alas, my knowledge of how to solve this kind of equations is very very
limited. I can not recommend any books off the top of my head. You
might be lucky and find something on http://www.netlib.org, but I am
not sure.

I havn't made my codes work yet....debugging, and I am desperate now...


Sorry, I can not help out - maybe someone else has experience with this
type of equations ...
