With this version of g95 you can not compile C or C++ programs.

With the gfortran binaries, you can compile C. I could add C++, Objective
C (and Obj-C++) and Java if popular demand is high enough :)

I would definitely appreciate having a Windows GCC binary that
included C++ as well as C and Fortran 95 (gfortran), but if not if it
substantially reduces the frequency of builds. I'd guess that
Objective C is not that popular on Windows and that Java programmers
will primarily use Sun's compiler.

Just curious, does GCC include GNAT? If not, why not?

I remember once looking in vain for a build of the gcc C++ compiler on
Windows (the question is off-topic here). A combined C/C++/Fortran 95
compiler would be useful for new programmers in any of the languages
and for scientific programmers, since it would include the "big three"
compiled languages of that domain.
