Problem with Lahey-Fortran 7.1

Hi!

I got a problem with my installation of Lahey-Frotran Express for
Windows 7.1

First of all, I am in a very corporate world where we do not have many
accesses and I believe this is strongly related to my problem.

When I use the compiler, everything is very very slow. It takes about
5 minutes to compile a simple file and it takes a few minutes when I
simply type LF95.exe to see the arguments options.

I ran a process monitor to see what happens and I found out that
something very long is happening in 22V211GM.ocx.

I also noted that the licensing was often timing out so I thought it
might be a network issue ( there are a lot of protection and I can't
even disable my firewall ).

I tried disabling my network card and BINGO!, everything runs very
fast. It appears to me that the compiler is trying to access
something. My guess is licensing information or something like that
because I see some accesses to the license files before and after the
"idle" time.

Does anyone know what it's trying to access so that I correct the
problem locally or see that the network group gives me more accesses?

Thanks!

Francois
