Re: TRANSPOSE and MATMUL interaction

Since we seem to have gotten somewhat off the track, let me clarify
what I'm trying to determine.

It looks to me like M3, M4 and term1 should be identical, but they're
not. Therefore, I either misunderstand the correct Fortran syntax, or
there is a compiler error. Can someone tell me if the expressions do
have the same meanings, according to the Fortran standard.
