Another missing one would be Apple's MPW (Mac Programmer's Workbench)
except it is now one of the dearly departeds. However there is a new
system modelled on its style called Eddie. It is for both MacOsX and

Note that there are unannounced dependencies that may not be present on a typical system. When I tried to run it, it complained about the absence of libpangocairo.
