Doesn't the C interoperability feature do this? Essentially any

There's been an "official" liaison between J3 and H2
for years now.

Nothing has ever happened.

There is a standard interface between Fortran
and SQL. Never head of it? Why?

Just asking, I'm (theoretically) the liaison.
