Fortran 95, actually. There weren't many new features introduced in f95,
but this was one of them.

The distinction is mostly academic now, as you have to look pretty hard
to find an f90 compiler that hasn't been updated to f95. As you note,
some people seem to have stopped at f77, but not many stopped at f90.
