You have to roll your own, but GINO and Winteracter have extensive
plotting capabilities, GINO historically provided device drivers for
REAL plotters in addition to the usual rasterization process. It also
does 3D and fairly lifelike/gamelike moving images and dynamic plots.
Since they are fairly complete APIs, you can write the entire
application, not just the plotting parts with either one.
