Probably not complete.
gfortran is coming along nicely with F 2003 features, but most probably
wont't be a complete F 2003 implementation within one year (volunteers
are always welcome, of course! :-)

F2008, can be used after 5 years?
More probably than F 2003 in one year. You might see some F 2008
features, such as co-arrays, appear before some of the more difficult
F 2003 features.
