bitsavers has the language reference and users guide for VMS 1.5,
and just the language reference for VMS 5.0. I didn't see any
others, though there are directories where they could go if
they are found.
Also, I didn't see anything about library support for D vs. G.
Did the compiler automatically call the right library routine
for the appropriate type?
