Well obviously global warming has shifted the magnetic pole, causing compensating climate patterns which attracts more ice particles to that region. Understanding the gravity of the situation, what goes up, must come down. This effect coupled with the current devastating winter storms, is indicative of a pre-global warming mini ice-age. This does not preclude the possibility that the increased use of cell phones globally is interfering with antimatter emissions from lightening storms, resulting in more ice accumulation.
